中国企业海外能源投资数据库China overseas energy investment database
2021年9月，中国宣布将大力支持发展中国家能源绿色低碳发展，不再新建境外煤电项目。为了更好的跟踪中国海外煤电资产的整体变化趋势及潜在风险，识别目前海外能源投资的挑战和痛点，更好的促进中国海外可再生能源投资活动的开展，绿色和平将“中国企业海外能源投资数据库”进行了更新。更新后的数据库在“全球能源观察”（Global Energy Monitor），“能源与清洁空气研究中心”（CREA）等公开数据库最新数据的基础上，进行了数据交叉比对和验证，包含了中国以股权、融资、工程总包和设备出口的形式参与的“一带一路”倡议沿线国家的煤电投资数据近900个，为业内人士、中方投资者及政策制定者提供参考。
In September 2021, China announced that it will vigorously support the green and low-carbon energy development in developing countries and will not build any new coal power projects overseas. To better track the trend and potential risks of China's overseas coal power assets, identify the challenges of current overseas energy investment, and accelerate China's overseas renewable energy investment activities, Greenpeace updated and launched the database of China overseas energy and power investment. The database is based on the data from Global Energy Monitor, CREA etc., which includes nearly 900 investment data in BRI regions, and involves 4 main investment forms - equity investment, financing, EPC and equipment exports. All the data presented are cross-checked and verified, and we hope it can provide reference for industrial stakeholders, Chinese investors and policy makers.
